For each piece of content:
- Link ID—Cascading number system that shows the position or source of each page
- Page title—What is [business]?

- Tags/keywords—What is this content about?
- Package—Was content created as a batch, series?
- Copy status—Live, pending, in development
- Image status—Photo, video, other; is the asset available or pending
- Content creator—Author, author team, source
- Source—Primary source(s) of information
- Description of content—What [business] is
- Accuracy—scale of 1-5
- Usefulness—scale of 1-5
- Quality—Outdated, redundant, trivial on a scale of 1-5
- Links from content—Outbound links
- Functional—.pdfs, forms, registration, etc.
- Publication date—Date of publication or creation
- Maintenance—Will content need to be updated? If so when
